Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights Policy

Our commitment

This policy applies to orders from SeeMyMailsMarketplace delivered within the United States. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable federal or state law.

30-day returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, including change-of-mind returns. For change-of-mind returns, items must be in substantially original condition with included accessories and components. These conditions do not restrict legally protected claims for defective or misdescribed goods.

Request a return

Email paullas-gutt@outlook.com with your order number, contact details, product, reason, and photographs if available. We aim to reply within two business days. Wait for return instructions: supplier return addresses may vary. You do not need to resolve claims against us directly with suppliers.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly if goods are damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from their description. Appropriate remedies may include repair, replacement, exchange, or full or partial refund. We cover reasonable required return shipping for verified seller errors or defective items covered by this policy. Reporting visible shipping damage within 48 hours is encouraged but is not a waiver or deadline for legal rights.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible voluntary returns, customers pay return shipping, based on carrier, destination and package. No restocking fee applies. Original delivery charges are generally not refunded for completed delivery, unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Exceptions and special conditions

Opened hygiene goods, personalized goods, digital downloads or software already accessed, and clearly disclosed final-sale goods may be subject to special restrictions to the extent lawful. Restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and never override mandatory rights for defective or misrepresented goods.

Electronics, phones and drones

Return included components and accessories. Where possible, back up and erase personal data and disable account locks. Contact us for instructions before shipping unsafe or damaged lithium batteries. Applicable warranties and mandatory protections remain in effect.

Refund timing

After receiving and assessing an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item; any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes precedence. Payment providers may take additional time. We will not substitute store credit where a monetary refund is legally required.

Cancellation and shipping delays

You may request cancellation before dispatch. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within the default legal timeframe where no time was promised, we will provide legally required notice, options to consent to delay, and cancellation/refund rights under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), where applicable.

Lost or undelivered orders

Contact us if an order does not arrive. We will investigate with the carrier and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reshipment or refund, as required by the circumstances and applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability. If unavailable, an appropriate refund or other lawful remedy will be offered. Voluntary exchanges may involve disclosed shipping differences.

Consumer rights and international orders

Applicable U.S. state and federal consumer rights take precedence over conflicting terms. Orders delivered outside the United States may be governed by additional mandatory local rights, including European Union and United Kingdom withdrawal and conformity protections.
